Ground Effects is a sole proprietor company. I am James Bohlke, licensed contractor and owner since 1995. I run a very small crew and concentrate on one landscape project at a time. I am a working contractor/owner and am at the jobsite. Most of my jobs come from referrals so customer satisfaction is a high priority.
